Jenetta is the BEST!!!!! She has worked with me for over 2 years to buy a house. Finally after several houses and bidding wars i bought a house. She never made me feel pressured and also would point differnet things out about houses that i didnt notice. I definitely recommend her to everyone. Always had the answers and if in question she would find out and send proof. I love all her ways of customer service. Couldnt ask for a better person to help me along the way.

Before I begin, I must admit that I am a first time home buyer. I have been looking for houses with my wife for this past summer and have had a few disappointments along the way like most in this crazy market. I am not a realtor nor have I the expertise in the mortgage industry. However, when my broker and buyers agent along with others in the field call myself and my wife golden buyers due to our high credit score and secure jobs (public education), I would tend to believe that would be helpful when purchasing a home.nnBefore we made an offer on a property that Ms. Miller was listing, we tried having our buyers agent ask her a few questions about the property to help us make an informed decision about placing an offer. It was clear from Ms. Miller's brief and few responses that she did not have the depth of knowledge of the property or amenities that she was listing. However, we still decided to place an offer on this house because we like the location and had more insight to its' features than the selling agent.nnWe had our buyers agent place an offer for us and waited over 24 hours for a response from Ms. Miller. She did not even contact our buyers agent until our deadline had just about passed. She stated via email that the home sellers had already accepted an offer earlier that day. My question is then why she didn't allow us the opportunity to make a counter offer? If she already knew that the buyers accepted a different offer, then why did she feel the need to contact our mortgage broker and question our per-approval letter?nnDue to Ms. Miller's lack of communication and negotiation skills, I will not look at any properties that Ms. Miller is selling for the risk of wasting my time.
