Katherine was great to work with on our home search! We were looking to move back to our home town from out of state and even though we had to work with her remotely most of the time she was always available and attentive. She listened and worked with us even as what we were looking for might have seemed to change daily.nnWhen it came time to put an offer on the house we wanted we relied on her extensive knowledge of the market. As issues were discovered during the inspection process she did a great job representing us in negotiations with the seller.nnWe highly recommend Katherine!
