Prior to working with Dan at DiSalle Real Estate, I had the impression that realtors were mostly all the same. Some tricky circumstances and curve balls during my recent home search and purchase led me to re-evaluate this - Dan was extremely knowledgeable, knew the market well, was great at 'seeing around corners' and was able to negotiate terms and a price I didn't think achievable. I highly recommend working with Dan and DiSalle Real Estate!
