Scott is top-notch - very attentive to our needs and communicates well/often. We purchased from out of state, very smooth- the whole Danberry Team was great to work with and made for a successful purchase. Would use again for home purchases in Ohio. Highly recommend.

Scott has an amazing ability to connect with people, so much so that you will believe that you are his only client! He cares about people and he loves his job! A great combination for a Realtor. His knowledge of the system and the market is unparalleled. Scott was always available and responded to our questions almost immediately. We had a fantastic experience selling our home and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone. My only complaint is that he wouldn't move to Cincinnati to help us find our next home. ;-)nnLook no further; you just found your next realtor!

There were special circumstances in my situation that do not come up too often in a residential real estate transaction. Scott Estep stepped up to the challenge in a big way. His expertise propelled the deal through. Scott is professional, smart, enthusiastic, excellent with people, he knows his area, very organized, knows a lot of people in the business. Scott hustles, will do anything to help. The Danberry Co also was instrumental in the support role especially in the use of current technology in the various phases of the transaction.
