Had an appointment that was made a week and a half ahead of time. Was taken to a chair right away. The man proceeded to use a drill to take off my gel polish and then said I'll be right back I have to go get my kids and left. I sat for another 20 minutes and got up to leave. I offered to pay for what he did and the woman tried to convince me to stay and wait. I can appreciate having responsibilities however, one simply does not book appointments or walk out in the middle of one to pick up children. Extremely rude and utterly unprofessional. I will spend my money where my business is valued and my time is respected.
Great place very friendly. Walked in they ask me to come back at 4:15. They were ready at 4:15 no waiting!!
Awesome the nails always look nice when i come here!
Always accommodating. Attention to detail. Diligently following Covid protocol. I go out of my way to receive their serves.
They do great work and always do a great job getting me in even if they are busy!
