Outstanding service at Shamas salon . I made a mistake and scheduled an appointment with another salon called Hair Chiaso ,because my hair colorist moved to a different state. Hair Chiaso showed very poor customer service, their owner is so rude. They cancelled my appointment twice , first time was three days prior my appointment day. The second time was on the same day of my appointment. I had an emergency and told them that I would be out of town tomorrow and I needed an appointment ASAP. They didn’t help me at all although the salon was almost empty . Then I called Shamas salon They understood my situation and were able to schedule me. Although they were having many customers.I was so impressed and grateful. The owner is so attentive and caring. He was able to schedule me on the same day I wanted my appointment cause I really had an emergency and he understood my situation. It is the best hair salon and people I ever encountered in my life there are so professional. They greet customers with a beautiful smile . I used to have Allen as my hair colorist but he moved out of town. I called and Mya was the one who did my hair color . She is so nice and professional. Very welcoming. She did great job and I love my hair color. Maraia the lady at the front desk is so cheerful and professional. Toney the owner is the one who helped me to get an appointment right way. Carlee did an amazing job ud83eudd70 My hair color and cut turned out EXACTLY how I wanted it and looks absolutely stunning! Will definitely be booking with Carlee in the future! Also received a pedicure from Ashley who did a great job and was very friendly. Overall, wonderful experience!

Love the staff at Shamas. They go above and beyond to make sure that customers have a great experience and they deliver top quality services. So great to be there yesterday after being in COVID lockdown for 2 months. Tony and the team did an awesome job of re-opening safely
