Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and always willing to go the extra mile. Madelyn and her husband Dustin helped us purchase our dream home AND sell the home we were living in at the time. I have to mention that through working with them we received an offer on our home within 24 hours going on the market. On the purchasing side, she maintained contact with us every step of the way, as well as the seller's agent. When I was frustrated with our lender, she was there with honest and positive perspective.nBut that's not only thing. Madelyn is your coach, tirelessly answering questions, offering advice and works for *your* best interest. She's easy to get in touch with, is very responsive, and is always available to help. Dustin brings construction knowledge and when we had to have some things fixed for an inspection, Dustin was there the next day and contributed his time to the job and got it done himself! The sale of our house closed the next day.nThey are a team that are 100% in your corner. With Madelyn there is no impossible, she always asks if there is another way to achieve her client's goals. I'm convinced she can lift mountains.nIf you are thinking of getting a selling agent and/or a closing agent, I can't recommend Madelyn enough.

I cannot write enough great things about Madelyn and her whole team. I am a first time home buyer and wasn't sure where to even start. I began my journey randomly clicking on a Zillow home I was interested in, and was directed to Madelyn.nImmediately Madelyn pointed me in the right direction and was so patient with me throughout the entire process. She is professional, so easy going and unbelievably understanding. Madelyn exceeded my expectations of a realtor and became someone I could count on! She had everything under control and made stressful situations into easy situations. Madelyn will be there for you every step of the way no matter what time of day or night it is. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else! And I'm not sure I ever will. I will probably rave about her and her team for a lifetime and always always always recommend them! Her personality will click with anyone and talking with her really felt like I was talking to someone I've known for years.. I was actually sad that my experience was over! Madelyn and Dustin were great!! They both helped me out with buying my first house. Madelyn was always available to answer any questions I had and was always on top of everything!!! Definitely recommend them if you are thinking of buy a house!!

Excellent!nnFrom start to finish, Patti and her team were a pleasure to work with. Their marketing of the property was top-notch and lead to a great transaction for all parties. The team communicated often and was always available to answer any questions that we had. We would highly recommend them.

I worked with Madelyn and Dustin Bond on my first time home search. They were both very knowledgeable and responsive. I accessed viewings with each of them, always treated with a smile and honest feedback on the property I was viewing. I ultimately worked through my first purchase with Dustin and he made the process a breeze!
