James is the worst real estate agent I have ever had to deal with. I am an Insurance professional who has moved cities several times in my career and no one has created more headaches for my agent or my family. James was a selling agent for a client that purchased our property. He was the most unprofessional, unresponsive and worst real estate professional with which I have interacted. The couple that bought our home was lovely. Let me say that- wish the best to them and their young family. However, common courtesies such as locking us out of OUR home, not giving us notice before showing up for inspection and not passing along final utility expense documentation hit some of the high notes for someone most unpleasant with which to do business. So sad.

If buying or selling a home is one of the biggest and potentially emotional things you'll ever do, you want to make sure that the individual you have helping you and guiding you has your best interests at heart. That's an increasingly rare quality to find in people nowadays. My wife and I were incredibly fortunate to have James Duncan take very good care of us on our long, arduous hunt for a new home. Our needs changed during our hunt, our target markets changed, and we were shopping everything from foreclosures, to ranches, to multi-family, to multi-level both in suburbia and in slightly more rural areas. This went on for months. Through the entire process James was always ready, willing and able...he offered insight and expertise, advice, and did it all with a smile. He takes a lot of pride in his work, is ambitious, courteous, and professional. He quickly earned our trust, which is not easy to do, and found us the perfect home at the right price. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

James is awesome! He helped my husband and I buy our first home. He helped explain the whole process and answered and questions we had. Always helpful no matter what time of day. We always got in to see places we liked even within the same day if possible. He helped buying our house a breeze and look forward to working with him again.

James Duncan sold my house in Rootstown in 30 days in 2015, helped me find my dream home in 2016, and sold 9 acres of land in Edinburg Oh in 2018. Yes James is a professional in his field.
