Joey was a great knowledgeable realtor, he helped us buy our first home essentially virtually from across the country. He always had answers to our questions and really made us feel comfortable in our purchase. He sits down and explains the contract and other information so you always know what your signing for. I would highly recommend using him if you're looking to buy or sell in the Canton/Akron area!

We needed to get a good idea of the value of our relatives home who recently passed away, in order to determine if we should sale the home or let the bank take it over. Joe sent us a very comprehensive comparitive marketing analysis that allowed us to make that decision with confidence. He didn't charge us anything at all for the report and was more than willing to help. Working with Joey was a great experience. He took the time to answer all of my questions, took great-looking photos of my house and got it on the market quickly, resulting in the house selling at asking price within a few days. Highly recommended.

I wasn't even looking to buy a house, just pick a realtors brains on some related issues I have...and, I don't know, this man Joe was soo helpful and fed me so much information that I needed that it astounded me! He took the time to answer all my questions and be very helpful. I can't ask for more than that. If I ever do need a realtor for real, I am giving this man my business! Superb professionalism!
