Completely unprofessional. Your carwash ripped my license plate off and damaged my car and the workers only gave the plate to my wife and acted like it was my fault. I've been using this carwash for 3 or 4 months and nothing has ever happened and this happen today and no one cared. I won't be back to this place ever again. I will keep MY money and go somewhere else.
Actually pretty decent wash. Better than expected. Pretty wash. Ran thru pretty slow. Got everywhere.

This is in regards to the Elk Vale location, as I couldn’t find it on google. Today I went through the wash which was great and my car is clean, but, I went to use the vacuums afterwards, and witnessed who I assumed to be the store manager, in a gray shirt (who was also very rude to me) being extremely disrespectful and discriminating towards one of the workers in a blue shirt who helped me out and was very out-going and kind to any question I had. I couldn’t understand what the man in gray was saying to the worker in blue, but the worker in blue was clearly uncomfortable and upset by whatever he had said. This should be handled, not to mention he yelled at him right in front of a customer. Very bad service on the managers part.
One of the best car washes I've used. Staff takes time to prep your vehicle. I had 6000 miles of dead Bugs on my car and they got them all.
