The ladies at Neoskin are so sweet and helpful. The clinic itself is so clean and beautifully decorated. When you walk in they greet you and help you and explain things every step of the way. I highly recommend going here for any kind of treatment.

There’s too many great things to say about NEOSKIN. I’ve been a long time client. I’m blown away every single time just by the customer service experience you receive from all of the staff there. Everyone is very welcoming and quick to address all of your questions and accommodate your needs with a smile. The place is gorgeous! And you walk out feeling so much better than you did. Knowing you will receive excellent premium results.

Overall wonderful experience. Renee is amazing! Beautiful office, extremely clean and well managed. The front desk staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Edited to add: I spoke with Tanya, and she was genuinely concerned I left unhappy, and wanted to make it right. I went back in to see Dr Bedrick who really took the time to go over everything and all of my concerns. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She truly made me feel heard.nNeoskin’s customer service is top notch, and if you are unhappy for whatever reason they want to make it right with you. I feel like that is a rare quality these days. I will for sure recommend them to anyone now. Thank you!nnWent in for tear trough filler. Had to come back the next day because Amy didn’t feel comfortable doing it, so I had to see Susan. For my inconvenience they gave me a bag full of goodies that was really appreciated. However, once I got my fillers done, after about 3 weeks and the swelling going down I didn’t notice much of a difference, so I went back in. They wanted to charge me $100 more than what I paid 3 weeks prior because filler was no longer on sale. I was told they like to “layer” the filler to make sure too much isn’t added- which is fine, however when they agreed there wasn’t much of a difference and admitted they would rather add too little, instead of too much the client shouldn’t be expected to pay full price. I was not expecting to pay $550 and then turn around and pay that again in 3 weeks because not enough filler was added. I would have been okay to pay a discounted price for additional filler needed, but not full price for what is their mistake.

The folks at Neoskin are absolutely fantastic. I have had the pleasure of working with many of the people who work there. I always feel welcome when I go there. I recently had emsculpt done to my abdominal region. What a game changer. As a result of this procedure I have improved balance, improved functional strength, better balance, improved posture including better foot position ( formerly my left foot was inverted now it is in a more neutral position I,e. Less flat footed.). I can perform a lunge with my left leg and get back up. Something I have not been able to do since my left femur was broken into 3 chunks and large pieces of bone fragments. So sure the tummy may be getting flatter but feeling increasingly normal on my feet again and that normal feeling is the best.
