I was quite nervous about the process of buying my first home. I worked with a few realtors who did not have my best interest and did not help me in the process. Our daughter bought her first home in Ohio. From preview to close Katie did a fabulous job! Our daughter was moving from Florida to Ohio so she had to depend on Katie to be her eyes after escrow was opened. Additionally, she was extremely communicative which made the long distance purchase easier for her. As a realtor of 18 years I can say I am proud that Katie represented our daughter as the buyer’s agent. Thank you Katie!!!

Jim pepper of Cutler Real Estate was rude and unprofessional. Every time I tried to talk he would just talk over me preventing me from saying anything....A real blank hole.
