David is fantastic. We had a difficult time finding the right home, and finding it before it sold. When we started looking at homes with David, that was never an issue. He is beyond professional and accommodating. He made the home buying process easy from start to finish. David helped us with the difficult task of selling our mom’s home after she went into assisted living. He met with her several times and spoke with her in a simple respectful way that she could understand. We interviewed several realtors before selecting David. He recommended a higher listing price than anyone else and then he delivered! He really understands the Canton real estate market! The marketing strategy and online photos were fabulous and his advice during some tricky negotiations was on target every time.
