I had a few bumps when I first started renting..My roommate left me and I basically had to fend for myself for a couple of months. Meghan worked with me until I was financially stable and now I am back on track. Many people are having it hard now and I thank God I can pay my rent and I thank Meghan for her patience during my time of need. My unit is nice and cared for. I cant ask for much more than that.

I’m so happy with my outcome so far with Lawrence Reality! Meghan has been outstanding and has been so attentive with the beginning process and even now with things needed alone the way!nThe move in was great and I have no issues with my property. When I started the first time process of renting my place, I wasn’t sure what to do exactly and it seemed a little overwhelming. I had another realtor lined up, but something just didn’t feel right to me with her. I accidentally got in touch with Megan McDonald who works for Lawrence realtor LLC, who explained the process of what they do to maintain a property and answered all my questions. I felt truly at ease that my rental would be easy to mantian over the long term with Megan and Lawrence realtor LLC managing it month to month. The fee was minimal and within 3 days of talking, she did an open house and got me what appears to be the perfect tenant for my house. I’m so please and so much concern just came off my shoulders. Megan continues to keep me in the loop and contact me frequently enough to keep my mind at ease. I give Megan five stars ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f as a super realtor... who you gonna go to?
