The owner Kelly is unprofessional and revengeful! She acts like she doesn't know what's going and never has an answer to your question. FYI, she'll raise your rent by 80% without any notice! Be sure to read every line of your lease because she'll add clauses that don't allow you to renew your lease unless you follow steps dictated in the lease. Very unethical, revengeful, and truly a bad person.

Multiple people in my neighborhood have been having problems with one of her tenants and have called her multiple times about the issues she does NOTHING AT ALL even though there is multiple police reports and complaints about said garbage duplex
