Clog was pretty extensive, appreciate the effort taken to remove and resolve the issue. However, I was extremely unhappy and displeased that I had to spend an additional hour after the technician left hand scrubbing 7 stairs worth of carpet and 2 sections of hallway because the equipment cord leaked disgusting water on the way up (that was NOT ours). The tech did ask for carpet cleaner promptly and quickly scrubbed the area; but I was so grossed out that I was compelled to re-scrub thoroughly. Perhaps a drop cloth would have been helpful, or bringing the equipment in with a bucket?...however, as the customer and not the professional, I didn't think to worry about this issue happening in the moment to consider these options.

We appreciate so much how our drain problem was handled from the phone call to your office to the the end of the job. Jason was on time, friendly ,professional , explained everything so well and went right to work , solving our problem and cleaned up when he was done. He even discussed with my husband a procedure having a camera checking out the sewer line to avoid any further problems. He was awesome and so was the very nice lady I spoke to on the phone that arranged to have someone come out today and take care of our crisis! We can’t thank you enough!!!

I was impressed with the professionalism of the technician, Brad. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely ask for Brad to return if I have any other problems. He is an excellent worker!!
