I recently had plumbing problem turn into a disaster in my home. A friend of mine recommended I call Jimmy Lee with Design Restoration. I called Jimmy and he spoke very professionally and clear about the insurance claims process and made a bad situation so much better for me. Very fast, professional, and efficient service. Our insurance claim was handled immediately and because of their speedy service Design Restoration likely minimized the damage in our flooded basement.
