I loved the way the lady did my brows so I decided to drive way from akron to have brow art to do it again and even though there hours of operation they were open to my surprise they were not VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
The people where very nice but I thought that they were a little pricey
I only go to Debbie she listens to what you want and is so sweet tip her good and don’t be afraid to tell her exactly how you want your eyebrows. She doesn’t want you to go home and clean up brows on your own. The other stylist don’t listen
They are mean and very painfully done will not be back
DO NOT DO IT. Go to one of the places further away that have better reviews. I didn’t want to make the drive so I decided to come here. She took off all of the shape and definition that I had in one horrifically painful thread. There was no line, no need to hurry, aside from the phone call that I interrupted as I walked in. My eyebrows are freaking gone and what’s left is uneven. Two completely different shapes people. Never again. I will drive an hour away before setting foot in that place again.
