Ulta Beauty

This Ulta is very clean. They were short staff so a few displays were not fully stocked. Outside of that the staff was phenomenal! Especially Toni. She was the only one on the sales floor when I arrived. Toni helped multiple customers with a very pleasant demeanor. She was also very patient with me while helping me pick products for my mother. She even introduced me to a new product line. I definitely recommend visiting this store.

Went in twice for a hair cut and Ciara was amazing!!!! She was so fun and bubbly to be around. Helped me better manage my hair with my thyroid issues! She is now my new hair dresser! Was very impressed by how clean the salon was and how everyone was following safety guidelines for Covid! Also while I was waiting for my hair cut I got to walk around with out being asked a million times about things. Their sales people know how to be helpful but not pushy! Very impressed over all!!

I had an AMAZING visit today! Both Vladimir and Ella made my time in the store so enjoyable. Their willingness to take the time to show me different products and share tips was very much appreciated! They didn’t make me feel rush, even as the store was starting to get busy, they still made sure I was taken care. I like coming to the this store in general because the entire staff has always been nice to interact with. I’ve never had a bad experience!

Cierra was professional yet fun and down to earth. She loves what she does for a living and it shows! She did a fantastic job on my daughter's hair. I usually don't bother taking a hair stylist business card, but I certainly took hers! Thank you Cierra ud83dude01

I got paid today and finally had enough to come buy the makeup products I've been looking forward to for 11 months, a $300+ purchase. I drove all the way from holmes county. I was prevented from entering the store because I wasn't wearing a mask. Even though I have a medical reason not to, I asked if they had an extra because today was my special day to treat myself after waiting/saving all these months. I knew exactly what I wanted. I was told no, that I could not enter the store and that I couldnt buy a mask here either as the door shut in my face. I walked away biting back tears. I'm sure my husband will find another business I can buy the makeup I saved for. Wouldn't friendly service ask first if you have a medical reason? Or say hey i know this store sells a mask over here. Or a step further, do you know what you want and I can grab it and ring you out? That way there's no worry about me going in? I know you have no way of knowing what a person will spend with you Ulta, but you just threw away a $300 + sale. Maybe Ulta doesn't care about that or that they hurt my special, long awaited moment, an 11 month waiting and saving to come there. I care about others, but it didn't seem like you cared enough to serve me. Customer loyalty and valuing of relationship is felt, even with mandates in place. I didn't feel that at all today in my interaction with you. Kindness and empathy, especially during times like these matter and get customers attention, winning their loyalty. Firestone tire right around the corner is a living example of how I should have been treated at Ulta but wasn't.
