I have been a regular customer at Tony Donahue's for 4+ years. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the people! Everyone is very friendly and professional.nTony is an amazing hair stylist. He always goes above and beyond to help me, whether it's for making an appointment or answering one of my million questions about hair care.nI will always recommend this salon! After leaving what I thought was the BEST hair magician in my hometown I never thought I'd ever find someone as good.... I was so wrong. Bri is THE BEST OF THE BEST! Five stars isn't a high enough rating!
I got my hair done by Brianna, now the new owner of the salon. Before we started this process, my hair was mid back, thick, and over all very healthy. When I left the salon, my hair was so fried that I have SEVERAL pieces of hair that are now extremely short and uneven all over my head of hair. Please be aware. These girls do not take the time to sit down and understand your hair type and do not do their best To keep it healthy in the process. They care more about a quick grab and go with their money.
No customer service. We were not greeted upon arrival from a staff of 3. Was offered something to drink asked for coffee no coffee was made & instead of making coffee for us we were then offered water which was served in a clear extra small solo cup. Hair color was great. Definitely need to work on their customer service.
