I used to love going to The Factory to get my eyebrows waxed. I know will be going elsewhere. I tried three times making an appointment, once leaving a message and no one returning it. The other two times, being told they would get back to me and never did. I finally called another establishment to get them done!
Great skills, ambience, and people. Have gotten excellent cuts, music, and conversations here for years. Always flexible.
