The group of realtors wants to keep the buyer , seller and mortgage IN the group. Be careful!!! They will say and do anything to make the transaction go through while at the same time trying to be the buyers agent, sellers agent and have the mortgage guy in the office be the mortgage lender. It’s a scam and they do not look out for you as a buyer or seller. Be careful! I’ve been in real estate for 15 years and this is the only group to be this unprofessional.

I referred my father in law to Blaise from a networking group to help sell his home. My father in law cancelled the contract the first week with Blaise.nBlaise forgot to market the open house , and when he showed up for the open house he brought pamphlets for the wrong home. Vey disorganized and of course my father in law was quite displeased with the level of service and attention to detail.

Called to view a property, was told we needed a preapproval first. Sent one, she said it was expired. Got an updated one but they still refused to show the property. I spoke with the lender and they confirmed it was a valid note. A few days later the property was sold below asking. It was dishonest and disingenuous. Maybe that’s how this particular realtor operates and not the company, but I would not work with this company ever after the way they lied to us. We are following up with the FHA about possible discriminatory behavior.
