Absolutely the Best apartment living in all of Marion County! Manager Kim goes above and beyond to assure the residents are very well taken care of! The property is maintained and the buildings are extremely clean!! Kim makes sure new residents are welcomed to the Mallard Landing Family! We have never had a concern not be resolved immediately! I would recommend Mallard Landing to anyone looking for “their next place to live”. Thanks to Kim and her team for making this a GREAT place to live!

Working with Kim has been very pleasant. Super sweet person and very helpful. The Maintenance guy; Arnie is a great guy to be around with and is also super sweet and helpful as well. He looks out for a lot of people in our community! The staff at Mallard Landing has really helped me figure out an issue with my Air conditioning twice where it was not blowing cool air and found out that there was a leak. They have immediately called the AC service to come out the next day, first thing in the morning to take a look at my AC to see what's wrong. They have also installed a strobe fire alarm for me as well since I am Deaf which is also amazing that they provided that for me. They have been super Deaf-friendly which I very much appreciate, especially during the pandemic. I've been living at Mallard landing for about 9 months now and it's been great! I have not had any issue with neighbors, the area is pretty quiet, and the grounds are kept up really well. I definitely recommend people to move to Mallard landing if they are looking for a place to live in Marion, Ohio.

Kim is very friendly and has always assisted any issues in a fast timely manner. It is great to be able to reach the office and actually speak or see her when needed.

The property manager Kim was absolutely amazing in helping me get my apartment.nI don’t think I’ve ever met a manager that was more helpful, and went out of their way to make things happen. The place is extremely clean, well-maintained, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this for anybody looking for a new place.

I’ve really enjoyed staying at mallard landing, it’s very clean and quiet. I’ve been here for over a year and maintenance has always been very helpful whenever I have an issue (which is rare!). Kim down in the office is always so friendly and sweet! I’m very happy with my experience here.
