They dont wear seat belts, and dont enforce the texting and driving law, wish they would.nAlso vehicle number 29 doesnt use turn signals cut me off not using a signal on center street. This department needs some help.

I saw witnessed a officer or lieutenant Fitsko receiving oral while sitting in a Pop's store sitting at the store parking lot by another male's motioning up and down, unsure if it was a college officer in plain clothes officer or friend boyfriend of his. This cruiser sat over and house on the 3rd of this month. Over and house just sitting there with another man giving him oral.
