Our basement was flooded and after several days of pumping with a new sump pump they were able to put in a new hot water tank and pressure tank. They made sure we had our hot water back and we are happy with the service.
This company is the DEFINITION of family owned! The service is out of this world. I've used their services twice this year, both times they went above and beyond for my family to make sure we were taken care of. Seth is extremely educated on his craft and is happy to explain things to you so you understand what is going on as well. Mr. Roush went out of his way to check on our problems and make sure we were okay until they could get out to us (he called us at 830pm when he could have waited until the next day). I can without a doubt say if you use their services you will not only be pleased with the work but also the price. 20/10 will never use another company!
I called with a furnace issue and not only were they were here within the hour...they also had my furnace up and running in less than an hour! Polite, professional, and very knowledgeable! Thank you!
