I have to tell you that Jerry is simply AMAZING.nnI have bought and sold a few homes and never had an experience like with Jerry. He came over and met with me very quickly to give input on the pricing of my home and what updates/repairs I needed to do to sell the house. - Fast service.nn2. He actually suggested and scheduled some of the repairs for me. He is very well connected and knowledgeable with home sales, repairs and market values. - Professional.nn3. He is very fair with fees and has great solutions for making selling digestible. - Affordable.nn4. He is very punctual. When Jerrys says he is going to do it, he does it. He is very careful to cover all the bases with paperwork like extensions for offers and inspections. - Detailednn5. He knows technology and I was able to sign everything digitally online. As you know if you have sold in the past - there is a lot of paperwork and it never stops. It took me 1-3 minutes a couple of times a week to click a link and sign the papers. He has good negotiation skills that helped us close faster and at a fair price. This is not Jerry's first rodeo and he has the right approach to get the deal done.
