Highly recommend. Clean, professional, aveda products, kind people! Amber is my hairdresser, she is lovely, she really knows what she's doing. I feel like a million bucks when she does my hair! My family and I travel just to go to her and this salon.
I went there about a month ago and they had put me with a guy that they said has been doing hair for “18 years” but clearly didn’t because he did an AWFUL job on my hair! Once he was done they said he was new at the salon which is no excuse what so ever. He left me with 3 different colors and a botch hair cut and was very rough with my head. When he cut my hair he took big chunks and just cut wherever. I went to a different salon and she even said he did an awful job but I finally got it fixed by someone completely different and somewhere else.
Liked my hairdresser but had to leave him due to this place. Prices are too high and I had to leave with my hair wet. My appointment was messed up because they made a mistake then they wanted me to come back after driving 45 minutes, then another appointment got cancelled after I arrived. Too much hassle, too many rules other salons don't have, prices too high.
Derrick is an great stylist along with the great service and staff that comes along with it. Great location in plaza.
