If I was able to put zero star i would've, i had the worst experience ever, first of all i walked in and the manager took me to do my nails she had the worst attitude and didn't even say hi, then I showed her a picture of what I wanted she didn't even do it close to what I asked for then she said I didn't tell her what I wanted. Not just that she did the worst job ever did not clean the Cuticles nor the shape was right. I would not recommend this place to no one.

I went to get acrylic nails at this location and they are very poor quality.they are very thin and break off very easily.they are also crooked and jagged.Would not recommend at all. They also charged me 70 dollars because I got two designs when it was suppose to be 35.

Came from Michigan because our salons are not open yet. Was greeted right when we walked in. The salon was clean and very beautifully set up. The owners did a great job taking care of my mom, myself and my daughter. Highly recommend. Great choice of polishes and took time doing a great job on manicures and pedicures.

So I called this morning to schedule a nail appointment I moved from out of state so I’m not very familiar with the area well I put the wrong Bella‘s nail salon in my GPS and arrived there right at 6:30 at my appointment time once I realized that I was at the wrong place immediately called Bella‘s nail salon and let the lady know that I came to the wrong one I wasn’t familiar with the area and the places yet and she informed me that what I wanted was going to take too long and that it was too late for me to come although I was less than 10 minutes away and on my way there.She apologized and said that she could get me in the next day at like 9 AM well I told her that I was leaving town so very disappointing I haven’t had my nails done in years and looked very forward to this just to be very disappointed, Especially since it’s the holidays and I wanted my nails to look nice. And it’s to late for me to go elsewhere to have them done.
