Would highly recommend Ray Esser and Sons Plumbing for any plumbing job. Travis and Brendan installed a hot water tank and did a very professional job. There was no mess, everything cleaned up before they left. You will have no regrets having this company do any job for you. They will be my first and only call for my next plumbing job !!

Techs Rob and Harley came to repair a gas leak in our attic and repaired gas pipes. They were awesome! Super personable, did great work, took the time to explain things, cleaned up after themselves, all around awesome work! They definitely come recommended!

Rob arrived at 8am, when scheduled, to replace my sump pump . The installation was completed promptly and after completing the installation he explained to me what was done and the differences I may observe when compared to operation of the pump he replaced. I found Rob to be very professional and would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

My parents have the original sink from the mid fifties that they needed repaired. Replacing this sink was not an option. Tom showed up to get an idea on parts but didn't follow-up. It was the holidays and we just forgot on our end. Once it was brought to Randy's attention, he was all over it.nnI'm a fellow business owner (property manager) and I deal with plumbers all the time. I know a lot about the trades and sometimes things don't go the way we want. It's how the business reacts to issues that do come up and Esser Plumbing went beyond what I expected to make it right.nnFor a son who wants to make sure their parents don't get taken advantage of, I trust Randy and Esser Plumbing 100%. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Good Plumbers are hard to find...I just wish they were in Columbus!

Travis came to give us an estimate and put a drain and vanity in our basement bathroom. He ran the water lines to the vanity and ran the drain to the existing cast iron stack. He was very nice, professional, and his work is superb. He cleaned everything up and left the area nice and tidy! My only criticism is that I wish the office would call the day before to give an ETA window. Wasn’t that big of a deal, but it would be nice. Travis did call about a half hour before arrival both days and that was ok with us. We highly recommend Ray Esser and sons!
