David Helmick.refuses to return the $7,175 I sent Houses Cleveland Ohio for two houses and two LLCs. I have not received either LLC despite numerous requests.The first house I paid for was torn down by the city before I received any title;but after he received payment in full.The second house was condemned by the city before I received any title but after he received payment in full.He refuses to return any money and now I have to go to Court on him.his company.and all involved.meanwhile Houses Cleveland Ohio LLC is enjoying my money which was my inheritence and interest on my money.I have already been to the BBB AND AM NOW SEEKING AN ATTORNEY.Update:January 2020, he's dead. I have no idea what from.No one from his family or company returns any phone calls.answers any emails, responds to the BBB complaint.or takes care of any business.

Mr. David Helmick is so unprofessional and rude. Public Service Announcement..........beware of this scammer. I'm not sure how he took care of business before March/2019 but this guy is not the person to handle your property purchases or sales. Please do not give him any money until you have the original documents to everything you would need for your purchase. By the grace of God Im smarter than he thought!!!!!!!

This guy David is A JERK! I tried to get info from him and he never listened and said that I had problems because I couldn't use his website. Give him a call and you'll see what I mean.
