Horrible soundproofing. You WILL be a part of your neighbor’s conversations, whether you want to be or not. The office staff says its normal “apartment noise”. If my neighbor’s alarm clock is waking me up, that is not normal apartment noise. The staff isn’t particularly helpful, period. Whether its a maintenance issue or a package room issue they always seemed to be put out of their way to help. Communication between staff seemed non existent. Our 45 day notice was “lost” until I proved I did send it. We did not receive our deposit back within the required 30 days and it was only sent once I emailed and inquired about it. The apartment finishes are nice. The covered parking is nice. The noise from the apartments is horrible. Customer Service could be a lot better.

Not only are the apartments open and beautiful, the staff is fantastic. Megan Crognagle is superb! I have limited mobility and am not at all tech savvy. Megan has been incredibly patient with me and is always ready to assist. She goes out of her way to help the residents and is always kind and generous with her time. I know my experience here would not be nearly as pleasant without the great staff, and my dealings with Megan have been. particularly helpful and pleasant.

There may as well be no ceilings or walls because of the amount of noise coming through them. Management will do nothing even if you complain SEVERAL times and even if the noise is coming mid hours of the night at 4 am. I can’t recommend this apartment because the noise will give anyone a migraine and I’d tell you to take your money elsewhere

I have lived at The Pointe At Polaris now for almost a year and must say it has a lot to offer. The apartments are very nice with impeccable amenities in them. I love the location as I can be downtown in less than 15 minutes and yet be to work in 5 minutes as the highway is right there. The perks offered by the company such as gift cards, coffee mugs, cooking demonstrations etc. is a nice added touch. But the best thing of all is the staff. From the front office down to the maintenance. They are always willing to help and answer any questions. I highly recommend The Pointe At Polaris if you are looking for a new apartment!

One of my favorite places I’ve lived by far. This community offers several amenities some of my favorite are the parking garage (direct entry to your floor, no unnecessary trips up stairs), secured entry, package locker room, and a beautiful courtyard. Units are furnished with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in rainfall showers, in unit laundry, and smart home technology. If the amenities and unit features weren’t enough of a reason to live here the community staff should be. I use the word community because you’re not just a resident/unit number here, the team knows your name, Megan and Emily are absolutely wonderful! Ron, from the maintenance is amazing as well and if for some reason you have an issue (I’ve only had one in 12 months) rest assured it will be taken care of quickly! If you’re considering The Pointe and came to Google before scheduling a tour I encourage you to book a tour, you will not be disappointed!
