Always paying on time. At the end of the lease we sold our property with the Golden Gate Real Estate – five star business. Fair market assessment, clear negotiations process, took care of some small repairs and helped to close the deal in less than a month.nIt was a pleasure to work with and do business with Golden Gate.

Nathan was great to work with and great at keeping in touch through the whole process of buying and selling a home or in my case multiple homes. We had two condos to sell when we found the home we wanted to buy, and he made selling of our condos very easy and the purchase of our new house just as easy. He made the 3 property transactions very hassle-free and was always accessible for any questions we had along the way. He even referred me to a lender that beat my credit unions rate by 0.75%. I would give them 10 stars if google let me, thank you Nathan!

Nathan and Golden Gate did a great job in marketing and selling our 29- year-old house. He was patient and listened to our concerns. There was no pressure to under-price our house just to get a quick sale. And in the 6 weeks our home was on the market we had over 40 showings. He was also very proficient in negotiating with the buyers. All in all, we were very happy with Golden Gate’s level of service and professionalism. We would recommend them to everyone!

I have done several deals with this company over many years. They are nothing but professional and knowledgeable. My company purchases several hundred properties per year and have dealt with many companies all over the country but this company is among the best.
