I have lived at GaP for going on 3 years now, and I love it. Friendly staff and neighbors, immaculate facilities and grounds, wonderful events, pet-friendly, and close to everything. The community is incredibly walkable to surrounding residential neighborhoods. Last but not least, my apartment is the oasis I need after a long work day. Could not love this place more.

Polaris Grand is an amazing community. The location is close several shopping centers and restaurants. The area is nice and peaceful you can't help but want to stay and take a stroll around the community garden or walking path. I have worked with the staff on nemerous occasions they are always so friendly and attentive. Meredith is the best in my opinion. Polaris Grand has so much to offer anyone looking for a comfortable suburban living.

Grand at Polaris is very beautiful and amazing property. The clubhouse is a great home away from home that’s not far at all. Has some many rooms to enjoy. Meredith from the office is very kind and professional every time I have cross paths with her. Highly recommended!!

Meredith and the team at Grand at Polaris are fantastic! The property is very well maintained and conveniently located near the Polaris mall location without being in the middle of the crazy traffic. Wonderful place to live!

I love this complex, best apartment i've ever been in. This place has such a beautiful environment. The staff here are the nicest people and the manager Meredith is very nice, caring , very welcoming and knows how to make us feel very important. I really enjoy myself here.
