The store was clean and everyone there was so nice!!!! They were efficient and quick. It was a great experience.
Worst experience. I had my brows done recently during the pandemic. I was reluctant because Kacia who normally does my brows moved back home. What they fail to tell you in advance is that they are only going to wax your brows to clean them up, but there will be no shaping or feathering to complete the look. However they are still charging full price for the service. I spoke to a manager there who had the nerve to argue that the feathering and shaping is not part of the process. The argument was so laughable in the face of so many hundreds of patrons before me with the same expectation. Even slower on the uptake he caused a return of the all the purchases I made that day, which corporate was none to pleased to hear. So no validity in the argument and merchandise was returned.. A manager...yeah right....lol
The store is amazing. The employees are awesome. Very nice and knowledgeable.

Kasey at the brow bar is awesome!! She is fun and easy to talk to but also does amazing work! I mentioned I was looking for a certain product but didn’t see it. She and another employee went out of their way to find it for me and were super nice about it even though that’s not her job/department.
