Okay I’m going to start by saying I’ve received a multitude of services from this location. Including bringing friends when it started off well, The wax? Forget about it. Missed patches of hair, left wax which was a nightmare to unseal my lady parts of. Secondly was my lash lift and tint. First time I got the service it was amazing. My lashes were stunning. Second time a horrible experience where my lashes were permed into misshapen angles and miscolored and a few days later they started falling out!! They offered to refund me AND get me a new appointment free of charge and I was OVERJOYED. How could I not be?! Well I had to wait 6 weeks so my lashes would have time to recover. Fair enough! I regrow fairly quickly and it was at first once again okay, until for some reason half my lashes were at a totally different angle than the other half. And once I had my eyebrows done they looked amazing i thought, Until I had some of my eyebrows done a little too thin on one side which I couldn’t see because they don’t give you a mirror big enough to see it right away on while you’re on the table and until the tint comes off days later you absolutely can’t see how much is really gone. Let alone my poor friend who came in for a total back wax had spots missing and had a massive back break out reaction to it. He’s had it done before and hasn’t had that occur. So here I am. Sadly searching for a new location to get my wax lashes etc done. Please save yourself some pain and go to a better reviewed place

The experience I've had at this Waxxpot location has been fantastic! Hannah, my wax specialist, ensures that I feel comfortable at every appointment! She is welcoming & upbeat, and she answers all of my questions I have about the services. The staff is always friendly as well! I would definitely recommend Hannah to anyone I know who is looking for waxing services!

I got my eyebrows and a Brazilian yesterday, the lady I worked with was super nice! My brows look great however... I had an awful reaction to whatever they used after the Brazilian wax and when I got home I looked closer and along with the reaction there were chunks of my skin gone... and with that there was still a lot of hair and I could’ve done a better job by myself at home... overall the experience was fine but I will never be going back! I’m never getting a Brazilian again either this time ruined them for me.

I had a male brazilian done by Talyne (talon) that was excellent. She made everything super comfortable and not the least bit awkward. I would definitely recommend her or anyone at waxxpot. 10/10
