There were four of us(including two kiddos). We had appointments and the handsome fellow who checked us in, pronounced my name correctly!! So that was like 1,000 extra bonus points! The staff was all friendly and not judgy. I hate that feeling when you try a new salon and feel like you don't belong. They were also great with both girls, which isn't always the case. We all left loving our nails and our experience!! We will be returning customers for sure!!

Gel x extensions are not harmful to the nail bed like acrylics are. I highly recommend them. I did have to glue on a couple that came off but so far they are lasting. I usually do not wear such long nails.

This was my first visit, but I’m definitely planning to return. The salon itself is bright, airy, and easy to locate upon walking in. April G is detail-oriented and took her time making sure my nails looked perfect! I’m so happy with how they turned out and I can’t wait to go back for another set!

After relocating back to Columbus area I was nervous about finding a good nail salon. I work in the beauty industry so my standards are typically very high. Most importantly I wanted their cleanliness and sanitation to be top notch. The W Nail Bar did not disappoint!My husband and I came in for pedicures and I came back in for a gel manicure a couple days later. I am beyond impressed with the customer service and skill. Online booking was a breeze, pricing is straight forward and they're very efficient. Courtney did my gel manicure today and my nails are gorgeous. She also did my husband's pedicure and was such a great match for him, we had so much fun. I'll definitely be back!

Wow, this place is amazing! I went in last week for a Dew Effect Manicure with Ashley, and my nails have never looked better and my hands have never been softer! With all the extra hand sanitizing and extra hand washing, my hands have been incredibly dry lately and even now, days later, my hands are still so soft and hydrated from this manicure! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everyone was very kind and professional and I can’t wait to go back!
