Where are you located now? I see you have moved!
Love love love this place! Everyone is pleasant and always smiling! Every time I come in the girls make my day in some way. I was so excited when they moved to the new Dublin location as this is closer to my home. I am midway through my 3rd body area and I love it! I have saved so much time not shaving already!
Seriously some of the greatest customer service I have ever experienced! The staff was so friendly and so polite and helped me feel so comfortable! This was my third or fourth experience with laser hair removal and this is the first time that I have actually seen results. The sales they have are great and I literally never have to pay full price for my laser because they have so many great deals through out the year! They will be at the Columbus Pride selling packages and the deals are unbelievable! I am most definitely going to visit them at Pride!
I have had an amazing experience! I have had several areas treated and all are doing great! After spending thousands of dollars at Ideal Image in the past, I am impressed with the results for much less! The schedule is great and I never have to wait to get an appointment. The staff are all fantastic and go the extra mile to make the procedure comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone!
I was told by Heather that I would receive a refund after I received a rash on my underarms. This was back in January. Never got a refund. They ignore calls. Moved locations. So I spend $600 got a rash was promised a refund. Never received it , No effort were made to rectify the situation. Instead they moved and won't return my calls. So no refund for my rash and service for the package I paid for. The owner can respond to a google review but cannot return a call. Got a lawyer headed to small claims court. So they won't give my the treatments and won't give a refund. Again. Fraud. I have recorded conversations and emails. Save your money. Try ideal laser in Easton.
