PENZONE Salon + Spa Polaris

Bought my wife and mother in law massages, booked them weeks in advance as it has been incredibly difficult to schedule a time to use the gift card. Columbus is a 2.5 hour drive for us. We got to Columbus and get a phone call just a couple hours before the appointment that they are cancelling one of the massages and will only accommodate one person. They can’t fit them in at any other time or location. I understand call offs occur. They did offer one out of two massages today at half off. I do appreciate that. It has been very difficult to use these gift cards. Why cancel one massage out of two? They can’t do two back to back? Seems there is not any kind of plan in place. Will try other business in the future.

They always treat you like you are special here. I had the arch wax and the premiere facial. The eyebrows are perfect and my skin looks and feels wonderful. The spa itself is calm and soothing. The staff, for the most part is great. Unfortunately, the front desk clerk was unable to tell me the difference between the two facials, so that was disappointing. Also, even though the Polaris salon is open on Sunday, the customer service center isn't open so in order to speak with the salon, you have to go there to do so.

I could spend a lot of time explaining how good Harper is and how everyone should choose her. But, I will simply say this....if you do not choose Harper as your esthetician you are simply throwing your money in the garbage! She works at the Polaris location and worth the drive from anywhere! You will NEVER regret this decision and she will have your business for life if you choose her! So people, go see Harper at Polaris and have perfect skin for life!

I am only giving them a three because I got my haircut there two months ago and the senior director did a wonderful job on my hair I really loved it it was perfectly cut. However I did get my haircut there a few days ago. My hair is COMPLETELY UNEVEN! I have called the guest services the last 3 days and every time it says it’s closed. I’m afraid to even make an appointment online to get it fixed. I don’t know who to go to.nI didn’t notice it when she cut it because she had curled my hair after cutting it.nNikki was wonderful I loved the style she did on my hair. And she is not the one who would leave my hair uneven but she doesn’t have an appointment time that I can make for over 2 months! I’m going to have to take a day off work just to get my hair fixed with a senior director and I Am really hoping that they don’t make me pay to get my hair cut again!nI already went past my comfort zone and got my hair cut really short I couldn’t imagine if they had to take more off there wouldn’t be much left!nEvery time I call the service center they say it’s closed!?nPlease can someone point me in the correct direction to get my hair fixed soon!nSincerely,nThe girl with the most uneven bob ever!nnEdit*nI have been contacted and finally was able to talk to someone ! I’ll be getting my hair fixed tomorrow. I can’t wait. I’ve had to curl my hair for the last 5 days straight and I’m sure, I’m frying it lol
