Cost Cutters was a pleasant experience. They are well organized with their appts. The staff is really friendly and the facility is very clean. Prices are very reasonable will definitely go back.

I usually have a good experience but this time I did not. I felt completely dismissed and like I was a burden. Did not listen to how I wanted by hair parted.i wasn’t even talked to and every time I tried to talk it was like I was annoying to them. I asked for it to be cut as a side part and it was cut in a middle part and I never wear my hair with a middle part. I have very curly hair and I requested my hair to be styled / scrunched. They put almost no gel in my hair and did not take it to my roots. It was very frizzy and not even as good as when I do it myself. I had to throw it in a bun because even that looked better. The cut was even though so that was good, even though when I part it how I like it won’t be. I just wish that I was listened to and they knew how to style my curly hair.

I went to Cost Cutters a couple weeks ago and I really liked the highlights and haircut that Diana gave me. I'm really happy with them.

I really like the salon! The stylists are very professional, friendly, and make you feel comfortable. Brittany does my hair and I’m always happy with the results but I personally would trust any of their stylists if she would not be available. I also like the products that they have. Go check them out!
