I love how Frankie tested on my skin first to see if the temperature of the towel and water was okay for me. She explained what every product she was going to put on my face and was it does to my face. She recommended products that I should use. Was even planning on coming back to try out the plant peel because she recommended it would be good for my skin type and the benefits of what it could do to my skin!
Great experience each time I have a service done. The students are guided by their teachers at each step of the process. Students are knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to a friend.
Rudest woman Ever giving me a tour of their animal loving hair school. Insisted on talking to me in an idiaoctic way. Gross.
Received a cut and style. The students have to be very careful and check with a teacher before cutting your hair so it makes it feel safe with two opinions! I was very happy with the outcome, only reason for 4 stars is it took a very long time since the students need to check with and find teachers often and are a bit apprehensive about everything. Haircut and style took a little over 2.5 hours. Still great for the price and no tipping is allowed ($20 flat). If you have a free day and want something cheap, this is a great option.
I’ve had my hair cut and dyed here a couple of times now. Everyone is very friendly and sweet. The students get checked by the instructors often so you know whatever you’re having done is being done right. The facial they give you when they wash your hair feels great! My only issue with this place is that the students aren’t allowed to accept tips! I don’t think that’s fair! These are people in school with bills to pay who provide a great service and they should be able to be tipped
