Really disappointed in this office. Both my agent and myself have tried to reach out for more information on a property they have listed and neither of us has received a response (it's probably the only reason the house is still for sale).

Working with Martha Larsen was an amazing experience! Her knowledge and guidance was invaluable. She helped solve the few issues that came up and answered all of my questions. She was straight forward and it was like working with a great friend.nI would highly recommend working with Martha!

They never answer the phone after leaving message after message after message. They say they will call back and they never do. I’ve been calling them for a whole week and they’ve only picked up ONE time.

I had the worst experience working with Spring Arnold. The unprofessionalism was unbelievable. I was trying to buy a house and every time I put an offer in and gave the settlement date that I wanted to go with the seller...she would not present the offer, instead she would insert her own answer without consulting with the seller by saying the settlement date is too long even though it was less than 90 days. As an agent you are supposed to take the seller all offers on the table and let them decide. She also became belligerent when I told her I didn’t know what a quit claim deed was so after looking it up I told her I now know what it is ... she got offended saying why did I look it up like she didn’t know what she was doing ... I explained I looked it up for myself .... she then says we are not a good fit.... it wasn’t about being a good fit it was about having a realtor who was unprofessional and refused to do her job. I will continue to write reviews and file a complaint to ensure no one goes thru this treatment again.
