I moved in about six months ago and have hated every minute of it. It’s a nightmare. Save yourself time and go somewhere else! I’m counting down the months until I can leave. I’ve lived in many different apartments and have never had the issues like I do here. I lived in these apartments about 5-6 years ago and loved it, now its poor management and leasing agents are just as bad.

Horrible management, no security cams on property. Packages get stolen, Catalytic converters and other car parts get ripped off from under your car from the parking and management refuse to do anything about it.

With new management taking over, this apartment has become disastrous. Apartment management is irresponsible, not caring. Maintenance services has become pathetic. I have called for maintenance more than 10 times in last 2 months but no one showed up.nManagement sent me eviction notice saying my rent isn’t paid, for which I have given all proofs of payment (check images from my bank) & management hasn’t confirmed me, even after making a call everyday for last 25 days but no answer. Looks like people sitting in management has no clue, no sense of responsibility at all.nWhen I was served eviction notice I spoke to last management & she told me - not to worry & she has updated records. But now new manager coming- she has no clue & nothing on my file...nnDisappointed with management, cleanliness, maintenance!!!

I moved into Ridgewood Park back in May, at that time they were managed by Millennium Management! Everything was amazing, the staff in the office were always polite and fun to visit with. Any kind of maintenance work was taken care of right away, never left any issues unhandled. Never had a bad thing to say about the property & never had to worry about anything, in November they sadly went under new management. Only being a resident for less than a year at Ridgewood I didn’t expect things to drastically change. The new management assured a smooth transition, but yet it hasn’t been. The office is barely open at times which makes it hard to speak to the new property manager about serious issues, turn in rent at the first of the month, or even get packages. They seem understaffed in the office, the new manager has barely been seen by any of the residents. Another issue since the new transition is the phones are never answered, they recently disconnected the phone line & gave us an off-site team number. It’s sad to see such a beautiful property start going downhill by poor management.

I have lived here for almost one year. Issues with bugs were resolved quickly, and not major. Basic maintenance requests have been taken care of promptly. I have never had an issue with the washers and dryers. I recommend doing smaller loads to allow the machines to run more smoothly, as they are energy efficient. The common areas are always clean and fresh smelling. Maintenance and housekeeping staff are friendly and do an amazing job! I tend to keep to myself and quiet, so I like that I share the building with older folks and young professionals. I am very comfortable here. I do not plan on leaving for a few years, if I do at all. Parma Heights is cozy, safe and they have many great restaurants! It is a very convenient location. Remember, you get what you pay for! I believe it is very affordable to live here as a single person. Everyone seems friendly. I never have had a problem with finding a parking spot or obnoxiously loud neighbors. Noise happens sometimes, but that is what happens with apartment living. I can't comment on the elevators, because I do not use them. I imagine they are safe and clean like the rest of the building. Give Ridgewood Park Apartments a try if you are looking for a clean, quiet, pet friendly place.
