They need to fix their toaster or something cause the outside was toasted but the inside was cold. This seems to be a common issue among all the subways in Rapid besides the one at Walmart.
The worker there who looked like to be the only one working 1 didn’t have a name tag 2 had earbuds in 3 blasting music throughout the store. He asked what cheese I wanted I said pepper jack and he added provolone. This isn’t really a big deal but I have issues with confronting people. So please enforce rules and having workers double check
July 26, 2020 6:25pm. Horrible Service! Girl and guy had no mask on. The girl was sick coughing into the food trying to ask us what meat and cheese we wanted.nI was scared for my family so we left immediately! Beware! Management please look on your cameras during this time and handle this immediately. I'm sure the staff is serving that food to customers before and after we left.
Be very careful alot of drunk homeless natives hang out behind the store
I usually go to the subway on St. Patrick St. but today I went to the one on East North St. the guy was nice but when I got home to eat my sub it was slimy and nasty, the tomatoes and lettuce were mush. So I called the store to say something and the guy somewhere lost his customer service skills. He was very rude and told me call the manager in the morning. Very rude! I will never go into this one again. I can eat my sandwich the next day at the one I normally go to. Well lesson learned!
