Carolyn helped me buy my first house recently and I truly would have been lost without her! She gave me hope in the home buying process and educated me throughout the process. She was always very honest with me in terms of being realistic with the home purchase, I was always aware about the next steps to come, and best of all I could call her at any time and she was available to help me with anything including just helping me understand what was going on. Carolyn was always on my side throughout the process. I am extremely grateful for her help in buying my first home and I would HIGHLY recommend her to any home buyer but especially to a first time home buyer.

I selected an agent from this broker group based on all of the good reviews. As it turned out, our experience with the agent and the broker was not at all asexpected. I listed the house with them in May and received one offer in the first week, but the buyer backed out after the home inspection. We fixed all the items according to the inspection report and even replaced a new roof in hope of having another inspection with no issues. We asked the agent to retake the photo of the new roof and do a 3-D video, but our request was rejected by the agent. The agent became less responsive as the listing time went dragged on. We hadnto contact her with updates and barely got any feedback from her. At the end of July, we received an email from a buyer broker about a possible seller finance option. I contacted our agent to get more information from the buyer broker regarding this special deal but was told to contact the possible buyer myself. I contacted the interested buyer, showed him the house, hired an attorney, negotiated a seller financing contract, and finalized the closing. This broker group and the agent demanded for full commission. The broker pointed out we have to go by the listing contract and they are entitled to receive a full commission from this sale regardless if they fulfilled their responsibilities or not. At the end, I sold the house and they got the commission. They may have received good reviews from home buyers but certainly failed to do their job as anseller agent. One important thing I learned from this terrible experience is do not fully trust good reviews and be careful before you sign any agent contract, and especially do not sign a listing contract longer than 3 months with any agents because they would hold you hostage with it. Worst of all, the only thing this agent and this broker cared about is getting their commission. Obviously, customer service for sellers is not in their focus! To sum up the entire transaction, they put in minimum effort and received maximum reward. Seller beware!

Carolyn was fantastic to work with and we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, first time or otherwise. We were first time buyers and she was patient with all of our questions and made sure to keep us on track. She truly had our interests at heart and demonstrated her drive and professionalism over and over again. We always felt like we were in great hands and could not be happier with the process. She also had great recommendations on different inspection and mortgage companies. This was an incredibly easy process and we owe most of it to Carolyn!!
