Please for the love of god..don't move here! I read all these awesome reviews and thought this would be a great community to live in. Sadly, I moved into dirty and dated apartment. Where's the luxury apartments promised? I didn't ask for pets but bugs are hanging out at your place whether you like it or not.. With underwhelming response from the office staff. The walls are paper thin.

We moved in March of 2016 and loved it but wanting something more roomy for our two dogs. We left but ended up returning to the falls in March of 2018 because we loved it so much. The staff always answers emails or calls so timely. Emily was a great landlord but she left the falls shortly after we moved in the second time. The pub is a great add to the place! You can drink and walk home safely in this community. Overall nice people and such a clean spayed apartment you can’t go wrong. Dog friendly as well with large spots of grass to let your dogs walk freely and they provide doggy bags to pick up! Safe, clean, and fun! Would recommend.

Poor communication, told we would be without water due to maintenance (which I understand), water would be back on by 5 PM. It's now 7 PM and no updates or reply from maintenance. More to dislike, but I'll wait until I calm down to comment. Not worth the money we pay to live here.

No issues until we moved out. When you do, take pictures of everything and do the walk through with them. We trusted them and that was a big mistake. We left the place spotless with the exception of a blind that got bent up. They used the fact we had pets to claim the carpets were covered in pet stains. Not true at all. Our pets are house broke and have not pee'd in the house for years. We even cleaned the carpets. Others have had the same experience. Take my advise and do the walk through with them and take pictures. They have a set of pictures they use to steal your money.

Have lived at The Falls for one year. Management and Staff friendly, helpful and always available.Maintenance needs have been minimal but when requested completed with same day service even on just a general maintenance request. Lots of social events always well planned and year round including parties,dances,social cards and seasonal celebrations. Monthly news letters are community oriented and full of up to date information.Property always has work being done like new fence partitions around patios to all new roofing as of spring 2014. Lots or younger and older families located here in this quiet community in one of the best locations with access to I-71 and I-75, food establishments and hospitals.Pet friendly and I must say most people manage their pets and pick up after them using pet stations provided. Recreational facilities provided including tennis and basketball courts plus a workout room available 24/7. Place has all you could ask for. So far we have been very pleased with our three bedroom ranch style apartment.
