Steven was awesome when we sold our house. He was super responsive and knowledgeable, helped us understand the offers we were receiving and set up this really neat portal to allow us to manage our listings and feedback. Our house was on the market a total of 3 days, we had 11 showings and 3 offers - the one we accepted was over asking price!nnHe did a great job of helping us to price the house appropriately and how to make it look the best it possibly could. He took the time to come out to help us understand what we needed to do to get top dollar - and then came back out after the work was done to give us feedback. Just an overall exceptional realtor (and fantastic person to boot)! If you're looking to sell or buy, Steven's your guy!

Steven was awesome!! He not only found the right home for our family but also didn't try to sell us a home that would look good for him. If a home we liked had something wrong with it, he let us know so we could decide. Steven went above and beyond for us as clients and as a first home owner that was what I needed because trust me.. I had alot of questions.
