Absolutely awful! I worked with Sandy Carter, who is a sweet lady but she was the listing agent to the property. So she represented me and the buyer, for a double commission. We were in negotiations for 10 whole days!! (Normal time frame is less than 3 days) And still did not get the offer signed. She would blame the buyer for being difficult. She would not communicate my full offer (i.e. price, conditions, timeline) to him and would come back to me with piece milled information. I'm a first time buyer and she wanted to condense my timeline to under 40 days, as opposed to the suggested 60 days, so the seller wouldn't have to make another mortgage payment. She said I could not adjust the conditions of the contract once I'd signed, but the seller had not signed, so SHE LIED because you can adjust the conditions because a missed deadline is a void contract. She did not write up gaps between the wall and floor, or scuff marks on the walls because its cosmetic. Its been an absolute awful experience!nn1. Don't get an agent that represents both parties.n2. Don't get bullied/lied to.n3. Don't be afraid to walk away.nnGood luck!
