We discovered a split in our outside faucet after the freezing weather in February. Bobby made quick work of repairing the pipe and replaced the faucet. He even noticed the neighbor dog out of their fence across the street and went over and secured the dog. He explained how to drain the pipe properly to prevent damage in the future. Very friendly and knowledgeable!
Mike was extremely professional and thorough. He labeled all the pipes, supply lines and valves on our water heater making it easy should we need to complete any emergency shut off. In addition, he took the time to explain to our children what to do if they discovered a gas leak or other issue with the water heater. A+ service from our tech.
Technician was very knowledgeable and personable. I had an over flowing basement toilet and overflowing floor drain. He cleared the clog and made each work better than normal. Job well done.
We had to have major work done in our kitchen such as replacing cast iron stacks, lowering the drains, moving water lines for new faucets and a leaky bathtub overhead. Chad was amazing from start to finish. He came to do the estimate. On time, very professional and listened to our plans. Plumb Tite was awarded our business because of this professionalism and how quickly they could get to the work. They followed protocols for social distancing. Extremely efficient. We had Chad from Plumb Tite come out to install the water line for our new fridge. He did an excellent job and even took time to say hello to our puppy!
