I recently toured Windsor Place, as my son is looking for his first apartment close to Wright State University. Property Manager Ashley Riggs gave us a tour and she left a lasting impression with us, very inviting, great energy and excellent customer service. First apartment community we toured, where there Property Manager took their time to explain the property but also what there is to do around town.nnMy son really likes the location, close to school and within walking distance to the store, bars and restaurants.nnAs far as the rooms themselves, they seem larger then most apartments.nIt did have a patio or balcony, which was a plus. Very affordable apartments for the space. They are also pet friendly!

This place is literally the worst place in the entire world. Management (Alison & Rachel) do not care about you. They don’t listen and they are very very dishonest. They don’t try to understand your frustration. They just want to steal your money that’s all. So please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place or you will regret it. I mean just read the reviews and you will see what I am talking about. It’s very expensive and the place is trash I mean literally trash. Appliances are old and outdated its like living in the 60s. It takes forever before they come and fix things in the apartment. So please don’t let the same thing that happened to me happen to you. Run while you can.

Wonderful management and maintenance staff! Always responds fast to requests and any issues that come up. Would highly recommend for college students!!

Lived there in 2017, property lady was nice but the building I lived in had roaches really bad. It was disgusting.

Great place to live, with super accommodating staff, and decent prices especially for the area.
