Honesty, integrity and excellence in everything from the beginning of the transaction all the way past closing. We bought a house with Howard as a military family from 1600 miles away during one marathon house hunting trip. He was fun to spend time with during that trip, but more than that, his expertise guided the process from showings to closing. He has extensive connections in the community that allows him to leverage their expertise for inspections and quotes. There are many people you could buy or sell a house with but if you choose Howard you really get someone who is an expert in the field!

How could someone send out congratulations on Friday and then tell you Monday the house isn't yours. I wish this was handled better. Hurt beyond words.
